As a Home Inspector, I take pride in my job. I accept the fact that it is my responsibility to protect a home buyer's interest in their big investment. I perform a full general home inspection for those entering into a contract to purchase a home. My past work experience helps me identify issues with houses that might be a problems. As a retired Fire Department Captain, I have had training in building construction and different areas involving safety. I have also worked in several different areas of construction through the years. I produce a thorough and detailed inspection report, complete with color photos. I use a software that is extremely user friendly. That report is usually delivered to the realtor or buyer on the same day as the inspection.
